"I was referred to K2 Development but did not call initially as our med supplies business was growing quickly.  When we needed to lease more space, I called them.  After meeting 30 minutes, we decided to pursue the purchase of a new facility.  Within 6 weeks, we had a building under contract and K2 facilitated the renovation.   We now own three of our own facilities for no more than we would be paying in rent!   The properties are in a trust for our children and will be owned free and clear in about 16 years.  We will have something tangible from the business for our kids and our business will be going public very soon.
